Simmer Down Festival

Simmer Down Festival has grown to become Birmingham’s biggest multicultural festival in the heart of Handsworth Park, that had never been so packed full of people! Headlined by Maxi Priest, the main stage also saw excellent performances by Michael Prophet, Earl Sixteen, Anthony Johnson, Tomlin Mystic and Lion Art, all backed by the Friendly Fire Band. Check out the pictures below by legendary DJ Countryman, who has been involved with reggae radios and promotions since the early days in Birmingham.
