It’s been a crazy year for the Friendly Fire Band with their single “Its A Brum Ting” being selected by the BBC for their coverage of the Commonwealth Games 2022.

With a new album in the pipeline, Friendly Fire Band will be celebrating with a final Birmingham Show at the Hare and Hounds, Kings Heath on Thursday the 15th December 22.

Reggae Garden 2016 was another amazing afternoon of Reggae Music, with fantastic shows all day, live art and nuff vibes.

Friendly Fire Band was repping with bassie Fly’s last gig before emmigrating to Ibiza, playing for two hours with Tomlin Mystic, Lion Art, Myki Tuff, the great Michael Prophet and for the first time, Askala Selassie promoting her latest album Warrior Empress.

Saturday 6th February, Friendly Fire Band will be cruising to the Exeter Phoenix to perform alongside Revelation Roots and Highest Grade Soundsystem.

Friendly Fire Band will be performing with Myki Tuff and Tomlin Mystic, alongside Revelation Roots who have just recorded a single Be Free at the Friendly Fire Studio..

Another big weekend with the Friendly Fire Band, performing with Myki Tuff and Tomlin Mystic – this weekend you can catch the band on Friday 7th at Hootananny, Brixton for the Asbo Disco takeover alongside UK:ID , The Vegetable Collective and ASBO DISCO.

It’s FREE until 10pm / £4 after

On the Saturday 8th, it’s a Town Hall takeover with the renegade likes of Malarkey, Lobster, Namiwa Jazz and of course Friendly Fire Band for Project Sound Lounge which will be hosting free performances over the weekend starting on Friday.

Digbeth Dining Club is also involved with loads of food stalls – and best of all its FREE!!
